We ask people who are moving out, not moving in. They have the full picture: the summer water situation, the deposit outcome, the lift that broke twice.

Structured questions, not a blank box
Ratings on defined attributes for the building, the landlord experience and the neighbourhood, plus one free answer: what do you wish you knew?

Verification happens privately
Agreement, rent record or utility bill. Evidence stays private; the passport shows only Verified, Partially verified or Unverified.

Ratings are weighted, not averaged
Verified experiences count more than unverified ones, recent leases count more than old ones, and buildings under 10 experiences are labelled early signal rather than scored confidently.

Patterns emerge with history
When five independent tenants mention the same thing, that becomes the most valuable line on the page — and it is very hard for anyone to fake.
